Performed
project management for installation of Fluid Bed Granulator. Executed
design review, and managed construction. Project included installation
of WSG-120 Glatt Fluid Bed granulator, fluid air mill, control system,
HVAC system, utilities, and structural platforms. Scope included installation
of process air handling unit with VFD drive, granulator exhaust bag filters
and shaker, extensive mechanical control systems, digital controllers,
and safety alarms. Installed fire sprinklers, underground process drains,
structural platforms, and fire rated walls. Floors were finished with
static-free epoxy. |
