Managed the laboratory renovation project, which was completed on a ten-week, fast-track schedule. Day and swing shifts were required to accomplish this project by the scheduled completion date.

Located adjacent to other labs which were involved in extensive research, the project required tightcontainment of construction noise and dust materials. Scope included installation of Fedagari autoclave, single pass HVAC system, exhaust fans with VFD drives, exhaust scrubber, sophisticated mechanical control systems, and direct digital HVAC systems with safety alarms.
